Prior to colonisation in 1829, wetlands were at the heart of lively relations in the south-west of what is now known as Western Australia. Settlers, however, did not appreciate wetlands’ significance and set about draining and filling them in. This project seeks to wander-with wetlands as a way of getting to know and re-know those that remain.
